As local builders based in Rotorua Gramik Developments Ltd is the result of a successful partnership between highly experienced builders Michael McFetridge and Graham Scheffer. The pair bring decades of building experience to each project and started Gramik Developments in 2015 to offer clients in Rotorua, Tokoroa and surrounding rural areas the benefits of their considerable industry experience. Gramik Developments focuses purely on new homes and house renovation projects such as home extensions, home additions, bathroom renovations and kitchen renovation - the more complex the better!

Who We Are |
Mike McFetridge was born and bred in Rotorua. He spent nearly a decade of his career building in Tauranga working on new homes and renovations meaning he brings considerable expertise to each project for Gramik Development's clients.
Graham Scheffer hails originally from Kawerau. He specialised in site works, roofing and general building projects for thirty years. Both Mike and Graham are Licensed Building Practitioners and members of New Zealand Certified Builders. They owned their own successful businesses before joining forces to form Gramik Developments. |
